After practicing telemedicine since 2014 and working across numerous platforms, Dr. Serota saw firsthand how fragmented systems and unclear workflows were failing both doctors and patients. He launched MD Integrations with a vision: to create a more human-centered, flexible alternative for modern healthcare delivery.

Dr. Marc Serota, Founder and CEO of MD Integrations, is a quadruple board-certified physician in obesity medicine, dermatology, pediatrics, and allergy/immunology. Licensed in 45 states and recognized nationally as a speaker in these fields, Dr. Serota brings deep clinical expertise and a unique perspective on the future of care delivery.


With nearly two decades of medical experience, and over a decade practicing virtual care, he founded MD Integrations in 2021 after working across multiple telehealth platforms. His vision: to build a physician-first infrastructure that removes barriers, ensures compliance, and elevates both the patient and clinician experience.
