Ramin Zacharia

Ramin Zacharia is the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of MD Integrations (MDI), the leading asynchronous care, physician-first telehealth infrastructure powering today’s most innovative virtual care brands.

With deep experience scaling high-growth businesses and a deep understanding of cross-functional operations, Ramin is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and support to MDI’s partners, physicians, and pharmacy relationships.

As President and COO of MDI, Ramin leads the company’s execution on its strategy and mission to unify brands, physicians, patients, and pharmacies in MDI’s ecosystem, focusing on scaling and driving value in all aspects of MDI’s go-to-market and commercial operations, service delivery and support, and internal operations.

Before joining MDI, Ramin was the CFO and SVP of Strategy at Venminder, a leading third-party risk management software and services provider with over 1,200 customers across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and other highly regulated, compliance-first industries. During his time with Venminder, Ramin helped the business raise over $50M of debt and equity capital, scale 4x, reach profitability, and successfully exit to NContracts and HgCapital.

Prior to Venminder, Ramin has nearly 10 years of operating, building, and advising high-growth and scaled businesses in go-to-market, operations, and finance functions across the technology, SaaS, IT services, and healthcare IT verticals. He started his career in technology investment banking at William Blair.

Ramin holds degrees with honors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois, is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois, and is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University.

In his free time, Ramin spends time with his loving (and growing) family, is an avid weightlifter, plays piano, and enjoys cooking.
